Ian has owned the Doors & Drawers Rugby / Coventry. Scince 2000.

The original business was formed in 1999 in Northampton after looking at the kitchen & bedroom furniture industries, and the way companies went about their business in the UK. There was clearly a lack of flexibility in terms of both products and the standards of service offered.

To address this Doors & Drawersdecided to set up as a network of franchises which enables us to cut out sub-contractors and self employed staff. Our clients deal with the same person from the initial quotation through to completion of the project. This ensures that clients receive a consistently high level of service from someone with a direct interest in the Company and who has first hand knowledge of all discussions and commitments made.

As all our doors are made to measure we are able to manufacture our products to the exact size required and to the clients choice of finish and design. Our range of products allows us to cater for clients requiring a simple hinge or drawer runner repair to kitchen makeovers (retaining existing cabinets) or complete kitchens. This concept is carried through to bedrooms and bathrooms.

Having developed this concept we are expanding through a network of franchisees. Our ongoing research and development programme ensures that our clients are offered a range of products that not only cater for all budgets but also from traditional finnishes to the latest innovations.
